I can't believe it, I have already eaten most of my daily calorie allowance and it is only 10:00am.

I bought a box of Special K protien snack bars and misread the label, thinking it only had 1 gram of sugar. After eating the third one on the way back from the store, I starting getting a headache. I reread the label "12 grams of sugar". I just shovelled a bunch of mud, to burn it off, but I am still climbling the walls because of the sugar rush!

I am doing Cheerios and shredded wheat for snacks. I just eat them dry. I have really been looking at the labels for sugar too along with salt. I even quit putting sugar in my coffee

I just ate a shitload of rump steak, pan-fried, and smothered in a sauce consisting of the butter & oil the steak was fried in, the juices from said steak, red wine, and cream - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Never mind, back on the treadmill on Monday...

I've had 1144 calories today with 40.3 grams of fat. The ratio is a little high so need to adjust tomorrow.

If you actually ate everything on the food pyramid everyday you would never be hungry again and be a normal weight.

I don't do diets and I don't think I have to change the way I eat. I think I'm eating pretty healthy, I do have pig out days but try to compensate the day after. Ever since we moved into a two story house in December I've lost 10lbs and I'm back to my prepreggo weight. The diaper changing stations are upstairs as well as all bedrooms so I'm running up and down the stairs quite a lot. I still want to lose another 3lbs but I'm not pushing it.

I don't do diets and I don't think I have to change the way I eat.

I'm not doing a diet, I am modifying my eating behavior. I will eat less to burn fat and when I get to my desired weight I will experiment to find the best calorie intake to maintain it. I know it sounds like a diet but it is a life style change for me. All the comfort foods are gone and I am doing the healthy life style now. At this weight and my age I will end up croaking if I don't do something.

how tall are you??? you're calorie intake is super low. i'd say impossible to maintain as a lifestyle change. you may lose quick now, but i'm afraid you'll gain it back just as quickly.

Add to that today's breakfast (4 sausages, 3 rashers of bacon, 3 eggs, some baked beans, 4 McDonald's style hash browns, and 2 slices of thickly buttered toast) and the Sunday roast (half leg of lamb, roast potatoes and all the trimmings) and the dozen or so bottles of German beer that I've washed it all down with, and people could say to me with every justification...............YOU FAT #######!!!!!!!!!

I just hopped on the scale...another pound down :thumbs: and I'm not doing anything for it. At least it's not that I'm wanting to lose weight. Our house, two kids and a sick husband are enough for now...oh and a lab who wants to walk a lot.

I love both

Adobo style cooking is a good way for me and my wife to eat the same thing for dinner. The only difference is hers is over rice, and mine is over lettuce. It works for both baboy (pork) and manok (chicken).
