When known the father needs to give permission for childern to leave unless you have a court order of some sort giving you sole legal and physical custody. If the father has not been a your childs life it may not be a big thing to him. I have heard of woman here that want to go to another state offering to agree to reduced/no child support in return for such permission.

foreverlove,

I think you may find someone with a similar experience in the phillipines forum. Maybe they know the correct procedures to follow on your end there.

Good Luck,

sorry I dont have anything useful to offer (F)

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Check your daughter's birth certificate. See if your status is unmarried. You can get CENOMAR(Certificate of No Marriage). This document is enough to prove that you're single. Anyway, regarding parent consent. You don't need your ex-bf parent consent even if your child has British passport.
