what mean Your case requires additional administrative processing?

What part of the case are you in? If it is at the NVC (noa2 received and being sent to embassy) it is probably an additional FBI name check. If one, or both of the names on the petition are similar or the same as on FBI "hit lists" they need to make sure you are not one of the bad guys they are looking for, no big deal, unless you ARE one of the bad guys they are looking for. :)

You are in AP. There is no time limit,....weeks, months..... You may want to call DOS bi-weekly and e mail the embassy.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

in your other post you said that the embassy asked for more proof of income from your fiance, right? It could be that once you return those, they will complete your case. hopefully

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

With Casa, it's usually a name check. You are worried that they will check to see if you are still enrolled in school? Or something more serious?

I'm the USC.

11/05/2007........Conditional permanent residency effective date.

01/10/2008........Two-year green card in hand.

08/08/2009........Our son was born <3

08/08/2009........Filed for removal of conditions.

12/16/2009........ROC was approved.

11/05/2010........Eligible for Naturalization.

03/01/2011........Separated.

11/05/2012........Eligible for Naturalization.

yes about that friend and about islamic mariege plus me was fight in school and brok nose of a boy he was touch me bad and me become angry so much angry and god give me so much power and me beat him until blood go away

Did you have alor of proof at your interview that showed the relationship? Its the process and it stinks............ the time it takes. Good luck
