Sorry to hear that Jonah!!! maybe there is another way that God has plan on how to get your Sophia...Since you came here as CR1, you will have that permanent GC and if you will have a stable job good enough to petition your baby...

Don't give up!!! God is always with you...Have faith in Him!!! He knows everything!!!

hi, if her father is a USC and he can not get her US passport automatically, i suggest you do the IR-2....same procedure as filing the I 130. it will take a few months but once she is in the united states and lives with the USC parent she can get citizenship. that is what i am doing with my son because i did not live in the united states after 14 years old for 5 years so could not automatically give him the US citizenship...mabilis lang yan...

June 28 - Aug. 8: i spent time with my boys in the philippines

IN A BIG HUGE BLUR...OUR CASE WAS COMPLETED AUGUST 5, 2009 (AFTER RFE: HUSBAND'S ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE) AND MY HUSBANDS INTERVIEW WILL BE SEPTEMBER 25, 2009...WE HOPE AND PRAY WE GET IT!

im so sorry. it really confuses me why our lives have to be controlled by other people. it feels like we need to ask their permission to be able to live with people we love. hang in there, keep trying

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

im just wondering why your baby was denied? i thought applying for crba is ok coz i have been reading crba approval before...

i really wish everything will be ok to your baby's petition.

JOns, sorry that this had happen again.

I-130 is the quickest route so you, milo and sophie will be together once again.

Keep your hopes up, and pray. I'll pray for the quick reunification of your family too.

everybody thanks for the warmth message right now we are going to schools again hospital he attend to last time ..taking chances but im preparing already to file ..which is the easiest place to file ..we are from louisiana.. and normally how long is the wait time (minor) which is best ir2 or i-130?thanks and godbless everyone if you got tips kindly email me mariomanzur16@aol.com thanks :crying:

IR-2 and I-130 is the same thing, you use the I-130 form to file for the IR-2 visa. You file at the Chicago lockbox just besure you use the correct address for living in Louisanna. It will take about the same time to process as IR-1 visa.
