Address change for K-1 for p3 mailing (china)

Hello to all my good intelligent friends. Does anyone have any good advise as to how to notifly the embassy with a address change for the p3 mailing? I hear it should be faxed and not emailed, is this true? any current formats i should use and with a correct fax number? if this is the way I should notifily (Guangzhou China)

The "Embassy" is in Beijing and they don't send the P3. Email the change of address to the Consulate in Guangzhou through their website.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

You can. Contact information is on their website. They respond to emails but do not respond to faxes.
