hi there everyone, i need knowledge from anybody who has filed a k1 visa. My bf is in guam and currently working as a guest service offcer in a hotel, according to the requirements in filing the visa, the petitioner should have met at least 123% of the s poverty line. last yr, he was able to complete $14,000 as an annual income but still, not reaching the upper 125%. Jus wana ask if its possible to include an affidavit of support from his aunt living with him since his parents are both in mainland. will an affidavit of support matter in filing a k1 visa?? is there a possibilty to et denied because of this? pls pls.. il be very glad to get response.. godbless!!

Yes, You can have a co sponsor....

Manila will treat each case individually so some times co-sponsors may not be accepts.
