well, from wht i know and wht i've experienced it doesn't look like bad news because they still have your petitions at the consulate/embassady, so i'm assuming that your going throu name and finger print checks, and wht i believe is the bad news is if they've told you that they sent your petitions back to the USCIS for review, that could be a disaster...lol...but that's not your case...so just chill out, relax and take it easy.

AOS time line:

March 9, 2009... EAD ordered.

March 14, 2009... Received EAD Card.

March 16, 2009... AOS approved.

You started a duplicate thread with the same question.:wacko: What answer are you looking for? We don't work at the Embassy and don't know about your case. We can only offer advise on our own experiences. Don't be in such a big hurry to get here. You think it's rough going through this process? Wait until you get here. You have no idea.

Anyways....

You are in Administrative Processing. You have to wait until the US Embassy contacts you. It could take a week to months to years. No one can predict this.
