I am happy that you finally found something out! Do you have the ability to contact the supervisor directly if you don't hear something immediately?! Did he provide a way for you to send in the RFE info so that it won't sit in someone else's cube for a year? I can't believe they lost your file and lied to you for a year saying it was in security checks. Did you ever get a hold of Perviz?

HOORAYYYYYYY for good news though!

thank you, yes she gave us instructions on how to fill out the envelope and what to say in the explanation they were waiting for so that it would be expedited really nice lady!!!!!!

Congratualations!

So, can you tell me how your mom was able to get them to look for your case? Was she actually able to talk to someone at the CSC?

Now I'm wondering if the same thing is going on with our case.

well today i finally had enough of the responses from csc and their our records indicate blah blah blah sicked my mom on them,

after she got done they found my case the hard copy all these months and year it has been setting in review for someone to send a rfe. Nobody sent us one and it was just sitting there all this time

The supervisor told us what to send and to request expedite due to the length of time it has sat there can u believe this #######?????????????????

and i want to know why in the world no one at that office ever thought hmmm maybe we should look for the hard copy to find out what is really going on with it?

why did it take someone that refused to accept its in security as our records indicate to get to the bottom of this mess?

they would not even be straight forward with our attorney but then i guess he also dont have the time to set and really get down and ugly if he has to.......anyways thats my up date on this nightmare of a journey and plz everyone pray hard i have

requested they get this expedited next week i believe they owe me that much

Now I'm wondering if the same thing is going on with our case.

because we have contacted everyone INCLUDING the presidents wife (have not heard back from her yet) we had so many letters saying OUR RECORDS INDICATE that ur file is in security.........she decided that it must be like the time the IRS told her she had not paid her taxes when she had the check in her hands they cashed proving she had paid them......so she refused to be told our records indicate........i dont mean she just suggested she flat told them ur records are wrong i dont care what u find in the computer either transfer me to someone that can give us permission to resend the complete file and u expedited it or transfer me to someone that can walk to where that department is ur records indicate the file is and find the PHYSICAL file.......finally was transfered got a nice lady that tried hard to pull the same thing finally when mom would not shut up she went to find the file........found it and gave us instructions as to what to do resolve the problem.

good luck and i hope that ur noa2 comes very soon for u

Thanks!

So I assume she just called the normal 800 number? And she actually stayed on the phone while they went to find the real file? That is amazing.

yes just the normal 800 number and dont get nervous like did or rude just refuse to accept their normal statement our records indicate. she had them on speaker so i could hear what was being said on their end and truthfully she never let them finish a sentence that started with our records she would say excuse me that simply is not true i want it found the physical file....... good luck

yes it has!!!!!!!!!!! but u know what i was thinking last night after i had time to calm down and stopped jumping up and down with happiness?

we went thru a lot this last 17 or so months during this time they discovered a problem with my heart that would have killed me if i had been married and carrying a child with no knowledge of it, now that its been found and is treated im pretty close to fine, maybe this was Gods way of protecting me so that i could live? they say that God moves in mysterious ways....anyways just my thoughts always try to look for that silver lining u know?
