I am happy that you finally found something out! Do you have the ability to contact the supervisor directly if you don't hear something immediately?! Did he provide a way for you to send in the RFE info so that it won't sit in someone else's cube for a year? I can't believe they lost your file and lied to you for a year saying it was in security checks. Did you ever get a hold of Perviz?

I'm so very happy for you guys! I have to agree wih other posters that no one deserves this more than you two! Have you gotten ahold on Perviz? Let us know how things go! This is so exciting...almost at the finish line girl!!!!!

Oh and boo on them for being so scatter brained and giving you bull answers for over a year...ridiculous! It'd be nice if you could get something for your trouble like a reduced AOS fee or something but you know they won't. But at least there is light at the end of the tunnel!!!

well today i finally had enough of the responses from csc and their our records indicate blah blah blah sicked my mom on them,

after she got done they found my case the hard copy all these months and year it has been setting in review for someone to send a rfe. Nobody sent us one and it was just sitting there all this time

The supervisor told us what to send and to request expedite due to the length of time it has sat there can u believe this #######?????????????????

and i want to know why in the world no one at that office ever thought hmmm maybe we should look for the hard copy to find out what is really going on with it?

why did it take someone that refused to accept its in security as our records indicate to get to the bottom of this mess?

they would not even be straight forward with our attorney but then i guess he also dont have the time to set and really get down and ugly if he has to.......anyways thats my up date on this nightmare of a journey and plz everyone pray hard i have

requested they get this expedited next week i believe they owe me that much

yup, yup got a hold of perviz he was sooooo cute and so happy he even had the taxi driver honking the horn constant in celebration of just finding out where our case is (of course in India the taxi drivers really dont need a reason they just honk
