Hi.....i need your advice friends in here.... or im about curious about the K-1 visa

ok heres the situation, i have a bf from USA....he been filed as a being petitioner since august 2008 till now yet havent heard from approval from his side and im waiting too.... and now i found a new man which they both same country but different state .....then who is also willing to petition as same petition with my old bf.... but the question that really bothered me is that, is it okay two petitioner do petition on me? though both sides on them havent know the real situation and i dont have plan to tell to them coz its very complicated and i dont want to hurt one of them.....does the NVC or USAID or USCIS, wont trace up for my side? that i have a two petitioner?

some friends told me it wont trace up my side coz it just trace up for there own each profile of the men, is it true?

girl you need to choose between the two of them.Immigration is of course will be able to trace your name with 2 petitioners, it might come up during your interview and what if one of your 'bf's will be there too for your interview(in the future if you will have one).So think many times and follow your heart and then decide.Goodluck!

First, why did you allow your petitioner to petition a fiance visa for you?

- Because you wanted to marry him and be with him

Second, why you wanted to marry him and be with him

- Because you love him

Third, why you love him?

- Because that is what you feel for him, and you love him for being him regardless of his imperfection

For this girl who needs advice in this issue, if you're answer in not the same as what I stated which is the general answer, then girl, you've get into trouble. Tell your friend to stop fooling around I don't want to be rude but in situation like this I don't tolerate it. She knows that what she is doing is BAD. If she really loves the first guy she will never ever seek for another guy. She is being too selfish (she's just thinking of herself only and not bothering to think on what the two guys feel once they knew the truth) I wish I know the guys so that I will warn them.
