i don't think i would eat balut either. and i'm a pinay.. it just really looks nasty

i love him. i had a chance to work with him in NYC for 3 nights and it was so much fun!

No kidding?!

Is he really as cool/nice as I think he is? Or is he evil?

I do remember that re-run...

Now I want some roasted pig.

I do remember that re-run...

I don't even watch either show but you're referring to two different TV shows. Bourdain the guy who thinks he's cool and a bald guy, Andrew Zimmern, has has another show called Bizzare Foods. Now there's another guy with Man vs. Food.

Perfect programming for a nation of fatties on their couches. Show guys eating exotic food while sitting on your azz.

The taste isn't bad, like a hard boiled egg. Its just getting past that little duck curled up in there :blink:

With a few San Miguels for courage I actually at five at one sitting. Took about four months for my stomach to recover :wacko:

i eat balut in the dark. :lol: and i enjoy it everytime. yummy.

speaking of Anthony Bourdain.. did anyone see the short lived TV show that was based on his auto-biography??

I have watched the first few episodes and it seems good... but they only did 13 episodes...

the show is called Kitchen Confidential...
