OMG

Are you seriously asking for advice here??? okay well my advice is .. stop playing with people's feeling.. Getting married is not JUST A GAME you play for fun.. you know??

I feel so bad for those guys who are willing to petition for you... they have no idea waht they are getting into...and it wouldn't surprice me that you're doing this only for the greencard!... I really hope they find out!... If I could I would even call them and even call the Embassy and let them know about this...

Bad bad girl!

Hi.....i need your advice friends in here.... or im about curious about the K-1 visa

ok heres the situation, i have a bf from USA....he been filed as a being petitioner since august 2008 till now yet havent heard from approval from his side and im waiting too.... and now i found a new man which they both same country but different state .....then who is also willing to petition as same petition with my old bf.... but the question that really bothered me is that, is it okay two petitioner do petition on me? though both sides on them havent know the real situation and i dont have plan to tell to them coz its very complicated and i dont want to hurt one of them.....does the NVC or USAID or USCIS, wont trace up for my side? that i have a two petitioner?

I decided to post not to judge the thread starter nor to be at her side...

First, there must be a reason why is she doing it (having another bf), probably she's no longer in contact with the first bf..? Still, it's wrong... you need to end the first relationship before getting into another relationship... in short, the first bf should also know that you have a closure...

Then, you can ask some advice here... on how to cancel the petition your first bf filed...

**You know what girl, I don't want to blame you why there are lots of filipinas who are into a genuine relationships but having a hard time issuing their visas...

I pray that God will enlighten your mind... remember that God knows the desire of our hearts... God bless...

I just read that... Well even if she is no longer in contact with the first poor guy do you think that it is fair to ask to an other USC to file a petition straight away ? That is BS ! She just want a green card that's it and VJ is not for that kinda situation.

Hi,

Im just worried of you gurl. Why dont you just wait for the petition that your first bf have filed? Coz i think like the others have said, coz filing two petitions with different man wont be granted and it's a fraud. That can even lead you into trouble.

What's really the reason why you want to agree with your second bf to file for a petition? Do you really love your first bf or not anymore? I mean im concerned with your situation, because if you would really analyze what you have wrote, it's like you are just after of going to the US not because you love your bf? Plz forgive me but you have to elaborate more your side and explain it more.

What's really your reason why you want to have two petitions? One more thing, just an advice, it's better to tell them the truth even if you will hurt one of them still you are being honest to them and to yourself too.

Think of it gurl a million times....:)

Wow!!!! no wonder y we have to go through a hard time. I mean we go through long distance relationships for so long and when we decide we want to be together, the process is so tiring both mentally and physically. After reading this I can't blame USCIS or NVC or the consulars any more for the hardship they make us go through.

Anyway, I am not going to judge you, but it is odd that you have a bf here who filed the petition and maybe you had some problem with him and somehow you find another single guy ready to petition for you 'here'. I mean what are the odds, you meeting 2 guys ready to petition you (must've been quite a search). Anyway sorry for the vent, but if your new guy petitions for you, you will be labeled as 'fraud'. Whoever your friend is, that tells you they'll pick the most able guy or something, is horribly wrong. You will have a ban from US entry! (fingers crossed)

Don't listen to them. They are jealous, you have TWO fiances and they only have one. It is no problem. Just write a letter saying you are willing and able to move to the USA and marry, within 90 days, the first guy that can get you a visa. Then send this to each man that offers to file an I-129f for him to submit with his petition. Then the first one that gets the visa WINS and the prize is YOU!!!! Lucky guy. Hey get that letter out now so the first fiance can send it in as a modification to his petition.

You're too funny, I love your posts

I thought this was great too

Only... I'm sure OP won't even appreciate that this is SARCASM and will take it literally.

I hope she does take it literally :innocent:
