Hi.....i need your advice friends in here.... or im about curious about the K-1 visa

ok heres the situation, i have a bf from USA....he been filed as a being petitioner since august 2008 till now yet havent heard from approval from his side and im waiting too.... and now i found a new man which they both same country but different state .....then who is also willing to petition as same petition with my old bf.... but the question that really bothered me is that, is it okay two petitioner do petition on me? though both sides on them havent know the real situation and i dont have plan to tell to them coz its very complicated and i dont want to hurt one of them.....does the NVC or USAID or USCIS, wont trace up for my side? that i have a two petitioner?

some friends told me it wont trace up my side coz it just trace up for there own each profile of the men, is it true?

please help me .........or do send me a private message

Sweetheart, a few months of waiting is nothin' try doing it for 4 years ... try spending 2 days straight crying because you know one of you is leaving and finally having to watch them go thru customs and knowing your not going to see them again for 1-2years! Then we'll talk ...

I hope both your bf bust your butt ... Your not only risking getting yourself caught out which I hope you do, seriously... but you risk having them caught out and potentially causing them problems in the future if they do meet a nice honest girl who they would like to marry and bring into their country ...

And since Im not a nasty person ... may I suggest you start looking into the immigration process and go into the country on your own accord rather then scam your way in on some poor mans broken heart ...

Two men paid a non-refundable $455 each for you to play a game. $910 wasted, though I'm sure the USCIS is appreciative. I find it highly unlikely though that the men you are playing this game with will have the same kind of enthusiasm about it.

Immigration issues are complex and time consuming enough without cases like yours clogging the works. Personally, I don't feel a simple denial is enough.

Agreed! .... isnt there clause on the bottom of some of the forms about fraudulant app's ... I think there is a fine or something ..

Regardless, when you get a certain stage of the process they ask if you someone has ever put in an app in the past on your behalf and you need to answer the question ... If she says no and they find that will be enough to get denied ... if she says yes and they check theyll find out she has a current app...

Furthermore in the future when she tries again, whether its thru a K1 or other immigration it will pop up again ... they will ask if she has ever denied and she will need to provide details ...

But then again when she exhausts all the US avenues she prob move on to Australia and start over again ...

If you love someone enough to get married and live together you should not even want to talk to any other man. The fact that you are talking to another man is atrocious. well basically you are cheating on your boyfriend and a liar to both of them.. Seems the fool is you in the end. I pray this for you that your petition is denied. Because you are a 100% fraud from head to toe I would hate to see your actions be rewarded. Since it is you that has low moral character. Don't listen to them. They are jealous, you have TWO fiances and they only have one. It is no problem. Just write a letter saying you are willing and able to move to the USA and marry, within 90 days, the first guy that can get you a visa. Then send this to each man that offers to file an I-129f for him to submit with his petition. Then the first one that gets the visa WINS and the prize is YOU!!!! Lucky guy. Hey get that letter out now so the first fiance can send it in as a modification to his petition.
