Hello Everyone,

This morning I just got an automated email from USCIS saying:

"This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred"

Do you guys know what this means?

I have applied I-130 and I-129F for K-3 in late Oct, 2008.

which case? I-130 or I-129F?... There have been transfers from VSC to CSC lately

Which case is this email you got for? Your I-129F or your I-130? Mostly, I-129Fs are transferred to the California Service Center and adjudicated there and then soon as a decision is made, they work on the I-130... Soon as that goes through, you will get something in the mail and your approved I-129F will be forwarded to the NVC for processing.

Which case is this email you got for? Your I-129F or your I-130? Mostly, I-129Fs are transferred to the California Service Center and adjudicated there and then soon as a decision is made, they work on the I-130...
