Mamalou...let me know what happened in your interview..and it wasn't that fast my approval....it took almost 7 months!! Your approval took longer that we expected. But the important thing is that now you are one step from home!!!!!

You see, I'm also from Brazil and I'm also waiting for my K3! : :yes

Did you already recieve that pack with all the instructions with what to do next? I'm curious about that, cause I've seen it for K-1 visas, but not for K-3, and I'd like to know if it's the same.

If you do get it could you share it with me? I just want have all the forms ready by the time I get my aproval so I don't waste any more time!! :)

04/10/09 - DS 230 entered into the system, probably under review now.

04/13/09 - AVR says "The NVC has received the checklist letter response on April 10th"

04/20/09 - Case Completed at NVC

04/24/09 - Got e-mail with the appointment letter

06/03/09 - Interview Date!!!! PASSED!!

06/06/09 - Received passport and the Big Brown Envelope

Congrats to you two!!! We just got our approvals yesterday. I was driving my car on the highway when I received the email alerts on my cell phone. I nearly crashed the car when I read it, it's such an awesome feeling right now. Good luck in NVC, see you there :)

Hi jamster0105, i know exactly what you mean. I was working when i saw at the botton of my computer screen, email from CRIS.... and the next one right away. Oh my God, i can't describe my felling. I was crying, shaking, i couldn't even breath. It's a amazing feeling that i want that all our friends who has been waiting for so long, to fell asap.

My dear friends!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

I can't even type....i'm shaking and crying but i had to come here right now to tell you!!

I had a touch yesterday in my I129 and today, just now i got the moust expected emails

I'M SO HAPPY!!

And my husband doesn't even know...he's sleeping and his phone is off.....

THANK YOU for all the suport, for all the information ( so far).

I hope everybody can have the same felling soon. VSC is really working faster now. FAITH!!! :star:

That's great news ! :dance::dance: Although VSC has been very slow in churning out the approvals, it is encouraging to see that there is still some life there. I am about a month behind you in terms of timelines and so I am hoping I hear something within the next month.
