my fiancee will be sending the I129 packet this weekend... but I was wondering if he should include a copy of my I-797 notice I got when I got accepted to work in the US for a year after I graduated... or any of my f-1 student visa information???

NOA'S Received: March 19, 2010

RFE: March 25, 2010

Case transferred to CSC: April 19, 2010

I was wondering the same thing as I am in the same situation, but I decided not to. I am sure there is a way for them to pull up that information and if I get an RFE then I will deal with it then.

I've never seen any K-1 needing that information. We just followed the guide here on VJ. Good luck :thumbs: As I remember there are some questions about being in the US and if you have an alien number, etc so you might need the information from your previous visa for that

thanks for the response.... also I was wondering since I worked in the US for a year after... could I also add an electric bill or pay stub from work to show evidence I was living and working there legally... (I lived real close to my fiancee, so could it evidence of meeting within the past 2 years)
