Hello, my fiancee's petition of 129f got approved last December. We are waiting for National Visa Center to forward the package to Embassy in South Korea. My question is... can my fiancee visit U.S. for 2 months with her B1/2 visa while we wait for the processing by NVC?

I'm sure this is an ongoing discussion, but with the 129f approved already, does it make any difference in the probability of her entering?

Thank you.

I would not think there would be a problem. They will look at her passport, of course when she is interviewed at the Embassy in South Korea. But, it will not be long now, maybe a few weeks at the most, before that will happen, depending upon how far out the appointments are being scheduled. Also, how will the embassy contact her if she is in the US?

She'll get the mail at her home so her mom can call U.S. Then she'll probably head right out. Would that be a problem? It's just that we really need to spend some time together as you all probably understand. It's getting a little difficult too far too long.. :)
