hello my question is this my wife has her biometrics on friday at 11 am but this coming friday but there is a little problem they are forecasting a winter storm and the city we need to go is about 1 hour and a half away just a dumb question can she go tomorrow istead of friday otherwise we will go on friday thanks

Give it a try. Lots of people have done walk-in visits successfully - more successfully than not successfully. Bring the appointment letter, let them know that the weather forecast for Friday is lousy and ask if she could do it tomorrow instead. They may say no, but they will likely say yes.
