Hi, I am AOS filler and my local office is San José. I came with a K1 visa and on october 2 USCIS received my AOS application. In December I got my AP and EAD. SInce December I have no news from USCIS. It´s more than 4 month since I sent the papers and I am still waiting for the interview letter. The message on line is always the same: the case is at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER, the case is still pending. My :help: case number starts with the letters MSC. I am really worried because I have seen that many october fillers they have had their interviews already or their cases have been transferred to CSC.

Is anybody in my situation??

Thanks!
