have you tried to get a tourist visa? I am not sure I would wait a year to come here and then go back only to go through another year for a second visa.

Alternate solution is to get the K-1 come here and marry "civily" and wait for your greencard (5-6 mos maybe). Then travel back and have your argentinian wedding, spend your three months and then return.

YMMV

If you apply for a K1 visa and do not get married here, you have to leave before the 90 days is up. Then you would be applying for a K-3 visa, after you get married in Argentina. If you do this you will have some explaining to do are your interview since you came on a K-1 visa with the intention of getting married in the US, you didn't get married, got married to your fiance in Argentina, and applied for a K3. Why not get married in the US with a civil ceremony, adjust your status (so you get your green card), and then do the formal wedding in Argentina?

Yes the "explanation thing" is the one that I am worried about.. since the visa was denied to me 4 times and if i leave the country without getting married that will sound like a "lie" right?, the problem here is that my bf doesnt seem it in the way we do.. he thinks there is not a single problem cause they are 2 different visas, is there any place he could get information and realize that things are not as simple as he thinks?
