almost time to lift conditions........

we survived the 2 years of k1 marriage hahaha

and had a baby too.

my son is 18 months old now.

465 bucks ouch!!

do we have to do another biometrics??

this was done before with the K1 process and / or the AOS....

????

Unfortunately, yes, you'll have to have the biometrics done again, and pay the $80 fee (again). Apparently they don't keep the old biometrics on file. Good luck with your application!

actually the biometrics has a validity period and they also want to make sure the person who is due the immigration "benefit" is still the same person whom they are issuing the "new" card too...
