How do you get someone sent home who has come to the USA on a K3 Visa but has not adjusted their status?

Simple answer ~ you can't get them sent home but you can divorce and status will terminate 30 days thereafter.

how to get a divorce if we married in a country outside the usa>?

also what if he does not agree to the divorce?

If you meet the state residency requirements where you live...file there and have him served.

You certainly dont need his permission to get a divorce.

To have him sent home, you would have to hire a hit man and break his knee caps until he gets the message.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

That's true, you can't force him to leave but you can file for divorce even if he doesn't agree to it.

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
