Follow instructions from NVC or Checklist at VJ?

When my I-130 amd I-129F packets were approved, I went the K3 route and wife had her visa approved at embassy.

My question is, do I follow the instructions from NVC regarding the I-130 now, or do I just go through the procedure outlined in checklist on VJ for AOS?

You went with the I-129F and K3 options so the I-130 for you is basically dead and ceases.

Not sure what you're asking but under VJ Guides in the second column is Adjustment of Status Guide (K1 & K3 Visa Holders)

Before she comes, make sure she has a copy of her immunization records. She will need those. And you wll need the NOA2 (photocopy) approval of your I-129F to submit with AOS, so make sure you have that tucked away where you can find it.
