So is it true that you can only spend 180 days per year in the USA? And as I mentioned earlier is that Jan - Dec or "rolling" (march - march for example)?

I think the immigration officers deam what is acceptable with regards to how many days you spend in the US. They can turn you away if you've only previously spent a week there if they suspect anything. I tried to find whether there was a set amount and came up with nothing.

I can't find anything on the internet about this but basically I spent 14 days in Florida in october, 86 days between nov and feb and am now in the States again and am thinking of staying the full 90 days. This will be more than the 180 days in a year that some people have mentioned and am worried if it is a problem even though I have always left within the date written on my visa waiver card. I don't intend to come again after this but am worried that I will have "overstayed" due to this 180 day thing.

Information on this is very hard to find.
