OP is the Beneficiary - female.

Her USC fiance applied for a K1 visa for her and she's had her interview, however it seems he (USC) has a financial obligation still to his former spouse who came here on a K3 from Russia years ago - and I'm assuming they're divorced now, but since he signed an affadavit of support for her, he is still financially responsible.
