now what i got today also read this carefully and see what the heck is going on with them

On February 10, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this OS155A IMMIGRANT VISA AND ALIEN REGISTRATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service

i dont understand one thing first approval letter comes and then green card , here things gets opposite , first green card and then approval letter

any one knows wat the heck is going on there , should i need to worry or its normal thing

help will be greatly appreciated

Well...wouldn't they have to order the card production before mailing it to you? The "approval notice" usually contains the card.

i have no idea , but i am happy at least both things are comming on its way , this is what matter for me

step 1: order the card to be made

step 2: send "welcome to the US" letter

step 3: send approval notice (including greencard)

means i will count on days from 10 feb , thank you sir for telling me

i got welcome letter first that was on 5th of feb and on 5th of feb i got email , green card production ordered and then on 10th of feb i got mail , case approved , now i guess still things are not in order
