NOTE: YOU ARE GIVEN THIS DATE... IN WICH TO SUBMIT THE REQUESTED INFORMATION TO THE ADRESS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS NOTIC.

pursuant to 8 C.F.R. 103.2((11) failure to submit all evidence requested at one tome may result in the denial of your application. is that normal what they usually send on RFE they call it I-797E, notice of action ? please anybody help me with any idea i appreciate that.

It sounds like an RFE - often they are printed on blue paper. There should be a list attached of the things they want you to submit - so submit all that they ask for, even if you've already sent it. You'll need to return the original letter with your submissions, so keep a copy of it for yourself (as well as copies of all you are submitting).

Others will be along shortly to tell you more than I can - good luck! :)

If you mean the writing that is 'pursuant to 8.CFR' etc etc, yes it's normal. You can be sure that you got a 'template' letter, and these always have a little 'threat' in there to make sure you take care to do what they say in the timeframe they want it done. Don't take it personally, just comply with the instructions :D
