Anyone remember the Kinks? Good band to see live. And Boston has had their share of good bands, Boston, Aerosmith, J Geils Band.

I love that song about the he/she ! :thumbs:

May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f
July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well,they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit,nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !


June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again,still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!
December 23,2010-Work authorization received.
January 12,2011-RFE

These guys may be too weird for some of you, but my husband just got me tickets to see them in May in Philly <3

I love them so hard.

They broke up, Billy started Zwan with Jimmy, and then they broke up... and then Billy Corgan did a stinky solo album and then he got together with Jimmy and started Smashing Pumpkins again without D'arcy and James... made Zeitgeist, went on tour a couple of times and are currently in the studio again. :D

My husband and I met on the Zwan message board. :lol:

I took this after their show in Philly in October of 2007.

I saw them back in October in Harlem and they were playing all new material, some of it was really good and some of it was really bad. Lets hope he throws the bad away. :P

When I was 15... I honestly thought he was the man I was going to marry. :rofl:

Then he shaved his head and the physical attraction was over. I think that was good for me though because the obsession was bordering on unhealthy. :lol:

I ran away from home to see them when I was 16. I saved up a ticket to go see them at Lollapalooza and at the time I was living 3 hours north of where the show was. My mother told me there was no way I was going. So, the morning of the show, I told her I was going to the store, and I hitchhiked to Barrie.

I went, and it was the most brilliant moment of my teenage life. :D

Of course coming home to the wrath of my mother was one of the darkest moments too. :lol:
