After a month of waiting from the time our case was complete... Finally! I got the interview date. :thumbs: God is Good all the time :) Goodluck to us... RoseandCorey, Ishom & Dhumanmagenta(na plagi ko ka chat)hehehehe :) Godbless us all :)

Congrats..

Hello guys, I received my husbands I-130 and K-3 at the same time on Jan 20, 2009. we never received anything since then. I noticed that you did yours mostly online. Is it possible for you to explain to me in details how did you do it. Your timeline was surprisingly fast and I would really appreciate if you could tell me how to do it online like you did. I have a lawyer who is handling my case and all she could tell me is to wait in the mail. It has been a 3 weeks now since the receipt of the approvals but never receive anything yet, not even the bill. I am confuse since both of my petition were approved, do I have to choose which one should I go for or I can just wait which package the NVC completes first. Do the DS-230 forms should be sent back to NVC or at the consular office on the day of his interview? Some of the documents required on the interview mentioned in this site such as birth certificate, marriage certificate copy of passport etc. we have already provided this when we filed the I-130 packet to the USCIS. Does hhe need to provide this again? to the NVC or to the consular office in Turkey? To all who have knowledge about these concerns of mine, please helpppp!!!

10/22/08 - received NOA1 I-130

10/23/08 - filed K-3 USCIS

11/22/08 - received NOA1 - K-3

01/20/08 - received NOA2 - both I-130 and K-3

still waiting . . . from then on
