I sent my DS-3032 email a half hour ago, but have gotten no response. Does that mean they didn't receive my email?

I didnt get a response either, however they did reply back to me about a week later so you should be fine.

I didn't get my IIN, this was just the DS-3032 choice of agent form. I was told that the AOS Bill was sent to my yesterday, so it should be here by the end of the week.

I just talked to NVC operator.... she said that since the petition is type of K (K-3), the embassy will send the AOS bill. Is that right? I am officially confused!!!!

Since your I-130 and I-129F have been both approved, you now have a choice to make. You can go the CR-1 route, or the K-3 Route. You can call NVC and give them both USCIS Receipt numbers, and they will give you 2 case numbers. For the I-130 NVC send you the AOS bill, if you go the K-3 route then your AOS package needs to be submitted as part of the documents required before the interview. Spend sometime reading the K-3 quide in the guides section, and the LingChe NVC shortcut page in the Wiki.
