Check back earlier BY - to first page of the thread where you provoke and challenge your "usual suspects" on the basis of something you blatantly misread in another thread.

And as usual you guys failed to discredit the article with any evidence of your own. Another prediction proven correct.

PD, I caught your bluff a long time ago. You want evidence? Easy to provide, just look at your above two posts.

I'll take your "above two posts" and raise you posts #1 and #4. Care to wager?

Dude your all talk we know that hence the 25,000 post count. Otherwise I am more than glad to meet up and "wager" in person. But I know you will never be up for that.

Anyway - back to the topic. Your contention was that Mexico is a violent lawless country where even ex-generals can't be safe.

Note: it was never at any point denied that there is political corruption, organised crime in Mexico- and that this General was likely the victim of it.

The obvious mistake is in assuming that a targetted assassination proves some arbitrary point that Mexico is a generally lawless society where noone is safe.

Never heard of this happening in the UK. You?

I don't understand you, I know you are a loser but your post doesn't make sense

What do you do in El Paso?

Edited by Aficionado

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Um, probably because that one topic is all you ever go on about. Get over it. Move on. Find a new fixation to pi$$ and moan about. And, you don't know my views on this situation so don't even begin to think you do.

So why comment on my own then. Move on yourself.

Because, I can.

By that rationale, Aficionado can comment on anyone's post or any topic, as well.

No she would rather attack others view than provide any of her own.

Yes, I realize this. But he's whining. It's the same old same old all the time. And to be perfectly honest with you, you're not coming in too far behind him on the whining bit. Anyway, to each his own. If you both want to be known as the resident VJ whiners more power to you.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

Fascinating. So stating an opinion someone else may not agree with is tantamount to "whining."

Interestingly enough, I've found those who "whine about whiners" aren't any better. ;)

How was the article "discredited"? Noone denied that the event took place - the only objection made was in regard to your characterisation of it.

The fact that you keep throwing out these silly "I'll bet you $5000" or "lets compare paychecks" etc suggests firstly that you take this stuff way too seriously, and secondly that you're either immature, unhinged - or both. At least that's how it comes across.

You can keep harping on the post count if you like, its never been something that's really mattered to me.

Never heard of organised crime and gangland killings in the UK?

Wow...

There are parts of London, Manchester and Birmingham that are well known for it...

Well, considering this is the first time I've said anything about it I'd say I haven't quite graduated to the whining stage yet. If I keep going on and on about it over the course of, let's say a year, that might make me a whiner. But you know, I'm bored with it already so I doubt I'll be lumped into the whiner category. Now, you two carry on with your whining. I've got other things I need to tend too. Have fun!

Comments like this says a lot about the reason certain people seek spouses from overseas. From 3rd world countries.

Where when they have an opinion, then it is not perceived as whining but anyone who disagrees with you is apparently is whining. Could the same be said about African Americans during segregation? Maybe they should have just shut up rather than whined about rights. Get over it right. It was a dam drinking fountain after all. right? But I am sure that is different. I am sure during the Bush bashing years then that was a legitimate discussion.

Apart from PD who is just a disingenuous wanker. What it comes down to is that everyone else is or their spouses are from Mexico so they are biased. Simple as that.

Actually... I'm here on the part of "fair and equal" treatment. I don't really care who Aficionado argues with or why. That's not my issue.

All I see is that some individuals can say anything they wish on here with little-to-no repercussions and the opposite is true for others. In my opinion, that is hardly "fair and equal."

If the same occurred to anyone else, I'd assist them too. I doubt that matters much, however. I am, after all, only a "whiner."

Anyway, what it shows is don't waste your time trying to have a discussion let alone one that goes against the grain of those known as the group. You have clearly joined their club.

Being shot down by one or more of the group is obviously the way the OT section of VJ rolls. Hmm kind of makes sense now why they some are so supportive of what is happening in Mexico.
