During the elections, Right Wing Nuts like Coulter were accusing Left Wing organizations of committing voter fraud by not follow the voting rules....for example, Republicans pushed to purge people from voting rolls if their house was in was in the process of being repositioned by the banks...or college students over their residency...things like that. So it's a bit of poetic justice to see someone like Coulter caught not following the very rules she was chastising Lefties for not following.

I've never really cared for Ann Coulter. So I don't give a flying ** what happens to her. However, I can help but be amused by the overall liberal fascination with her. I think the left spends more time contemplating her words and actions than conservatives do.

So she's an outspoken person. One of many. Big deal. There are lots of idiots speaking their mind on TV or radio. She's in no way unique. I don't see the point in harping on her.

Coulter goes way beyond outspoken... everything she says & does is based on an obsession with liberals & what's worse is that her perception of what liberal means is so full of falsehoods & exaggerations that it really doesn't mean anything. It would be great if Coulter's antics were ignored & she disappeared into obscurity, but the public is fascinated by nut jobs like her so unfortunately that will never happen.

So... it's then the public's fault. As you said, if the public is fascinated with Coulter, she'll continue to get air time and write books. If the public ignored Coulter, her comments would barely register. People are only as popular and influential as you make them.
