I just called the NVC automated system and find out that our petition was assigned a case# on June 2nd. But I have not yet received anything new thru email or snail-mail.

How long before something actually happens? And what would it be? Thanks for any help.

I did look over the Time-saver links and the flowchart etc...but I was wondering if I could get some actual responses from those in the know.

It took two weeks for the NVC to generate our DS3032 and AoS bill after assigning a case number (see my signature, below). I've been following some other current cases such as phirephly's, who had forms generated 1 week after being assigned a case number. Keep calling the automated line every Tuesday to see if anything's been generated.

Same thing here it took two weeks to generate a ds3032 and i still waiting for the bill. Mail coming from East coast i'll expect today this thursday or friday the mail will arrive

In average, it takes about 1-2 weeks for DS 3032 (Choice of Agent) and AOS (Affidavit of Support) bill to be generated. Then you will get something on mail.
