WTF!!!is wrong wth post system in Jamaica

I emailed kingston about packet 3 and my husband not getting anything. They said the sent it on Dec 29. and my husband has not gotten it. I sent a packet of pictures to my hubby last year and he never got it. Seriously what is going on with the system.

O what i wanted to know was can he pick the info up in Kingston or do I have to wait for them to send the packet again??

M doesnt get half of what I send but I have a friend that sends us both letters and he gets those...haha

Packet 3 is the DS230. Fill it out online, print it out, email the embassy for a drop off date. My SO never received his packet 3 either and this is the route we went.

He only has to return Part I, he turns in Part II at the interview.

Okay I just saw you were K3. The Packet 3 I was talking about is for a K1. Maybe someone who filed K3 can let you know what was in packet 3.
