my wife as not worked for the last tax year due to ilness and laid off work (she worked for 6 weeks)she just started back working agion but i just wondering that i know we need 2-3 w2s tax year slips for the aos and earning but due to not working will i still be able to submit my aos papers due to last years no earnings

may-june 2003 met my (to be wife) on a games site on the internet

december 2004 came to usa to meet her for 2 weeks

march 2004 can to usa for 3 weeks (on a visa waiver)hols to go meet as well with freinds off the game site we still play on

decided to stop here got marry 6th june 2004 (been marry 4 years)

started saving money for aos then things went wrong wifes work health (long story)

and due to the aos goign up to $1500 as well

now ready in few weeks to get things going agion

if your sponsor wife is unable to fulfill the financial requirement you will need some help

she was able to on the years before its just last years when she did not earn nothing when things changed with illness and lied off work etc

i heard that i could use the wifes daughter as a sponser as well as she lives with us is that true ??

Dont'quote me on this, but i believe you dont have to use last years (2008) tax returns as of yet. For many, their latest tax return is 2007 and that is what they use. I think that if you submit the AOS after the 15th of April which is the dealine to file taxes, then you have to submit 2008. Call the nvc and see what they tell you (603-334-0700) Keep in mind that with the new year, poverty guidlines will increase in 2009. hope this helps!! :-)
