How much do you pay per month in Medical insurance premiums? (for a family)

we pay about $130 a check for two people before taxes .... (hubby gets paid bi-weekly)

our co-pays are between $15 to $30 dollars...

and most things are covered 100 percent except hospital visits, surgeries etc.. those are only covered 90%...

$88 a pay period (biweekly) for HDHP with a $4000 deductible. Employer pays 70% of the deductible by putting $230 once a month in my HSA. After the deductible is met, the insurance pays for everything.

fully comprehensive at no cost to myself and hubby. No co-pay either unless you see a specialist and that is $10. Some prescriptions are free too - its a great plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield.

My insurance is PPO with 198 per month for medical, prescription & dental for employee+spouse. Copays are $20 office visit, $30 for specialist.

His insurance is HMO at no cost for the same coverage above. Copays are $10 regardless.

We have Regence PPO insurance, which is 100% paid by my husband's employer. From his pay stub, it looks like his employer (City government) pays $958.00 per month for 3 people (my husband, myself, and my daughter who is away at university).

We have a $20.00 co-pay for doctor's appointments and most things are covered 100%, except for hospital expenses which are covered at 90%.

We have a $300.00 family deductible per year ($100.00 for each of us). We also have a stop-loss amount of $3,000 per year, which means everything would be covered 100% after we have spent $3,000 out-of-pocket.

I am thankful that we have 100% of the premium paid by my husband's employer, but I want to move back to Canada as soon as my husband stops working.

Medical insurance is not free in British Columbia (where I came from), but it's certainly very affordable.... like $150.00 per month (approximately, don't know the amounts anymore) for the 2 of us.

We pay about 70 a month for a family of 2. This is through my employer -the state of Washington- so it tends to be considerably cheaper than private insurance.

About 200/month for me and my wife for medical. Dental is 30, vision is 15. Our primary copay is $10.. specialist copay is $25.

About $320 a month for health insurance premiums, but I chose a better plan - Blue Shield ($10 co-pays/ $100 hospital).

Around $80 a month of dental coverage.

Eye care is really cheap...I think about $10 a month.

I pay my own Kaiser for $432 a month. When the wife was on the plan it was $632. She gets hers through work now, about $70 a month. Next open enrollment, I can join her (better) plan for $300 a month. California is expensive, especially if you are self-employed!

Ours is about $120/month for two people - medical/dental/vision combined. No deductible but $15-$25 copays for the medical through BCBS (PPO).

At hubby's last job for me and Kavi it was near $600 a month(his coverage paid by company). Copays were 25 reg/30 specialist and hospital stay/birth copay was $500. (BCBS of FL )

At the new job we pay about half (his coverage still paid by company), have 15/20 copays but like a $2000 deduct for hospital stays and 80/20 on many procedures. He picked from among a few choices, could have gotten lower deduct but it would have cost a lot more per month. (BCBS of FL ppo but set up all different than the last coverage).

How does everyone know how much their employers are paying towards their premiums? I'm not sure I have access to that info.
