Can i send photocopies of Marriage Certificate and Tax Return?

A careful read of the instructions will indicate that the USCIS does NOT require original documents anymore (unless SPECIFICALLY requested), otherwise regular photcopies of required documents is accepted. Tax returns and original certified marriage certificate is NOT on the specifically requested list.

Copies will do, but according to the VJ Guides you need a certified copy of the MC: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos

Remember to take the originals if you have an interview.
