Hello Miss Liz. Long time no talk. as far as you losing weight Miss Liz. i think most of us are in the same boat. i am trying something new for a weight loss for me. because i don t eat nearly what i use to eat when i was 10 years younger. i stopped all soda and fast food and i still cant lose weight. i waleked 2 and a half hours a day and still ahd a problem losing it.

Hey Rich! Glad to hear your having a good time with Bey!! So, have you been able to lose the weight now? I was doing really well with it until I had to have knee surgery....that knocked me out for almost four months!

OMG...that reminds me of a cartoon comment I've seen on Myspace...hehe...can't post it here but it has a boy and girl gingerbread cookie on it and well....trust me, you'd LOVE it! :rofl::rofl:

lol.. its too much richard. they drown the meat in salt. to the point you cant eat it. it is horrible sometimes. it depends what place you go to. they dont believe in salads here with their meals. you have to order it seperately. its amazing. the meat is actually better then ours but how much meat can you eat.

Last night I called my grandmother in Cuba and she told me her fridge is full of Lobster hmmmmmmmmmmm waiting for me....Lobster is so expensive here that I never get to eat it....I might have to need a diet once I get back yummyyy
