Dave - I've done the journal thing....doesn't help me at all.

I know the soda's was a huge thing. I've cut down on everything else...eating lots of salads...veggies....fruits...cut out most of my sweets...it'll get there but I just have so much I need to lose.

Hugs, Liz

good adivse! I would reccomend chain punching too... you can sit down and chain punch for as long as you can keep your arms up and burn a lot of calories. Just sit down, dont use a backrest, and find an imaginary spot directly infront of you and throw your right then left then right etc... at that spot.. keep your back straight and go until you cant hold your arms up. You will have lactic buildup in your muscles and be sore but you can still do the excercise every 2 days and burn a lot. Keep in mind you will get second day burn..meaning your muscles will hurt more the second day. But once you start working them again it will go away. Start slow maybe 2x a week then increase... you will burn a lot I promise!
