thanks lee... I am comfortable in my opinion that this is just the standard form letter they send out when someone is beyond the normal processing time and you put in a service request.... so for now, anyway, I am ok... Joanna, is freaking out a little, but with any luck in the next few days we will get approved and she will be ok.

It is great that the VCS is really on crack and pumping out approvals like crazy!

Hang in there Richard! It will pass as all things do. You'll be approved and together and the journey won't be important anymore. You'll have a whole new set of worries. I am experiencing this now!
