lighten up people. I am in the same boat as all of you. and I cant go visit her until later this summer. However I can still make these comments because I dont emerse every fiber of my being into worrying about the approval every second of the day. It only makes things worse. This is all going to pass and none of you will even remember most of this later in life. Take a deep breath. It'll all be over soon

I'm a feb filer. This is a spicy thread with some strong folks. It was just to stir things a bit. I'm pretty sure that this thread will be disbanned very shortly anyway. Approvals are still coming soon!

I was kidding - no worries. Hope the thread isn't removed, however - it keeps my mind off the drudgery.

I agree with you for the most part. However, like most people here patience is a virtue that we are in a short supply of. In the grand scheme of things the time spent waiting is nothing really. It is still like trying to tell a child not to get too excited for Christmas on December 23rd. You can tell them not to do it, but they still are. At least thats my mood anyways.

The way I see it, we can not change the reality of what is happening. All we can do is keep our minds occupied or we will literally go nuts. I have my moments where I am nuts. But the promise of tomorrow is worth the emotion of today. My fiancee and I talk everyday and we try to keep our heads as we wait. The time apart has been long and we are more than half way to the light at the end of the tunnel. Not to mention that it will seem like a drop in the bucket once we get settled into our life together.

I like the christmas eve analogy, it's pretty dead on.
