She said there is almost no mess to clean up, everything cooks together so you don't have to worry about watching several different things at once.......sounds like my kind of cooking...lol!

Ooh...my niece sent me a really yummy recipe for something she calls "Packet cooking". You put everything all together in a packet made from foil, bake it and eat. She said there is almost no mess to clean up, everything cooks together so you don't have to worry about watching several different things at once.......sounds like my kind of cooking...lol!

See... now I don't mind having 9 things cooking at the same time and trying to have it ALL done at the same time :)

Well, that's how i grew up cooking but with getting in so late from work and picking Jessie up, this sounds like something good for a couple of days during the week.

I try to do the most of my cooking and prepping on a weekend.... freeze it or fridge... then all I have to do is warm it up when I get home... well... that and McDonalds :)

But yes, I would agree... anything to make life a little easier cook.gif

Yep... I have to see how things will work when Pat is here. He's always been the one to do the cooking there so we'll see how we work it out. When he has been here on visits, we did some of the cooking together and it was fun.
