Been almost 8 months for me too Lee... Tomorrow night I'll lose my virginity again!!!

Under the circumstances... I would suggest "sperm whales" which until recently were the record holders for holding their breath. :)

i been called alot of things for not giving in to girls that flirted with me.... you can just imagine, i just didnt care what people say.

03/02/10: Check cashed

03/05/10: Received NOA1 for I495, AP and EAD (says it was done 3/2/2010)

03/12/10: Received NOA2 Biometrics letter. Appointment date: 03/22/10 (letter notice date: 03/08/10)

03/17/10: Received email/text message stating that CASE SENT TO CSC ON 03/16/10

03/26/10: Received notice AP has been approved and a notification has been mailed to me.

03/31/10: Received notice for EAD production

04/02/10: Received AP

04/05/10: Received EAD card

When you apply for the SS # you can then apply for a drivers license too... then of course the marriage license.

The AOS is to be filed ASAP after marriage with the cost of $1010. The AOS needs to begin being filed before the 90 day period so when the k-1 expires the beneficiary is still legal inside of the states. The EAD cost is included in the AOS packet and needs to be refiled every year until you receive the final AOS paperwork but allows you to work until the AOS is finalized, which is a very important fact in my case.

The AP is a different set of papers and I think is another fee NOT included in the AOS packet.

I hope that made sense with my terrible lack of grammatical sense and sense in general ^_^
