I call my girl "GOLDA" translated it would be like..."fattie" lol she calls me the same but we're not obese at all, its just a joke because when i speak Spanish i can't pronounce the "R" well enough... lol :lol:

i guess you didn't read what i posted completely... when i SPEAK spanish, i can't pronounce the "R" well enough, so if i say gorda it sounds like golda.

Alright!!!!! She leaves tomorrow morning at 11am her time. Thats 5am here. She will fly in to tampa 10:30.... I took friday off! the time can't go fast enough!!!!

10/23/09: Marriage

02/19/10: Mailed AOS,EAD and AP via FedEx to Chicago Lockbox

02/23/10: FedEx online tracking confirmed delivery of AOS,EAD and AP at Chicago Lockbox

03/02/10: Check cashed

03/05/10: Received NOA1 for I495, AP and EAD (says it was done 3/2/2010)

03/12/10: Received NOA2 Biometrics letter. Appointment date: 03/22/10 (letter notice date: 03/08/10)

03/17/10: Received email/text message stating that CASE SENT TO CSC ON 03/16/10

03/26/10: Received notice AP has been approved and a notification has been mailed to me.

03/31/10: Received notice for EAD production

04/02/10: Received AP

04/05/10: Received EAD card

Alright!!!!! She leaves tomorrow morning at 11am her time. Thats 5am here. She will fly in to tampa 10:30.... I took friday off! the time can't go fast enough!!!!

Im so jealous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!but oh soo happy for u my dear!!!

When you apply for the SS # you can then apply for a drivers license too... then of course the marriage license.

The AOS is to be filed ASAP after marriage with the cost of $1010. The AOS needs to begin being filed before the 90 day period so when the k-1 expires the beneficiary is still legal inside of the states. The EAD cost is included in the AOS packet and needs to be refiled every year until you receive the final AOS paperwork but allows you to work until the AOS is finalized, which is a very important fact in my case.

The AP is a different set of papers and I think is another fee NOT included in the AOS packet.

I hope that made sense with my terrible lack of grammatical sense and sense in general ^_^

I am anxious! It's the worst part for me... all the patience has come crashing down.... I'm inpatient and antsy while at work.... come on thursday night!!!

Derek... I can only imagine the anticipation and anxiety of it all... BREATH buddy... inhale... count to 5 and exhale :) Thursday is coming...

Lee, does that mean that she will come very shortly after she gets her visa?
