Richard, it's the social security that you have to do before the I94 expires but I was wondering when that's filled up, does the beneficiary have to state a return date? because i think the I-94 is filled the beneficiary when he/she arrives into the U.S no?

I believe the I-94 automatically gets a 90 day number... because we have that amount of time to marry or return. And yes it is the beneficiary's date.

what the hell is I94?

When you enter the country as a foreigner, the immigration gives you a little slip of paper referred to as an I-94 form. It has the date on which you MUST leave the country. You carry it around in your passport and hand it back in when you leave. It is entered in the computer somewhere and is tracked.

Pfffft, have you NOT read anything! :P

Maire you did the K-1 with lots of help here and we will all help each other once the AOS is more upon us. Don't worry just yet. Take a step back so you won't feel overwhelmed. Once you get the K-1 and you don't have to worry about that anymore you can start to concentrate more AOS.
