I'll be honest to you guys... when i sent my 129F VSC sent me everything back...guess what happened...the form 129F was one that was expired...i got so sad thinking it was more than that but then i re-arranged everything and got some stuff notarized and wrote more detailed statements of each proof i was providing and next thing i know case was received. I know some stuff does makes everyone worried if it will go fine or not but i guess in something like this only patience and learning from the mistakes makes it all happen...you know what i mean... so just be positive and cheer up guy!

Ok. I'm through feeling sad and despondent. I got my approval TODAY! Email at 7:15pm! Totally strange time to send me this email but oh well! Woot! I really really REALLY had the worst feeling that my file was going to be stuck somewhere. Anyone still waiting please hang on. The waiting almost made me completely lose my mind. But now the sweet sweet relief...

:dance::dance:

YIPEE!!! Awesome news Lupy! On to the next step! Congratulations!

you guys are planning a NYC getaway !!! Have fun! hit the lower east side...lots of bars and fun all over the place and at good prices for drinks!

My interview is tomorrow, my plane leaves at 5.30pm from nyc to ft. lauderdale , i stay there for an hour and a half then off to peru at 11pm or so... arrive there at 4am interview at 8.45am... but leaving her home at 6.30am or so....

Guys give me a check list to see that im bringing all nessesary for this... im calmed but at the same time worried that this coming thunder storm might delay my flight...

Hows everyone by the way, who's big day is coming up!

As far as a checklist goes. You need the I-134, some pay stubs, possibly a bank statement, proof of on going relationship, and thats all I can think of at the moment. Either way have a safe flight and good luck on the interview.

Now we just have to get Richard his approval. I had a feeling this was going to be a good week. It is nice to have a few less people stressed out. Richard I know that you are not worried, but I want you to get your approval sooner than later.

Thanks Lee... It will happen, VSC seems to be on one of their "ROLLS"... and the CSC seems to be the laggard again... strange how this happens. Nevertheless for the sake of all my new friends and family I am glad that the sleeping giant, Vermont, has woke up!!! Four more approvals today so far and more than likely a few more will get updated tomorrow... yeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaa... Two more of my wonderful February family is out of the HELL known as the USCIS and VERMONT.

I really was starting to worry that something was wrong, or that after all this waiting I would get some sort of unexplained RFE which would delay everything even longer. Thank the gods that this part at least is finally over. I've been waiting so long that the waiting itself started to become some sort of habit. I've got to get ahold of myself or else I'm going to go nuts with happiness!

I'm absolutely going to make the trip there to go to the interview. She already has everything mostly in order to come to the states, so as soon as she has the visa in hand we're going to travel back together. I can't wait!

I'm going to pour myself another sangria! Thank you everyone for the cheerful support!

Sangria? I didnt know you were Spanish... :)

I really am soooooooooo happy for you and the LUPY one... and after all the torment... go nuts dude... you deserve it!

You know, sometimes I wonder if they have not shipped some boxes to CSC (based on the divergence of service center processing times between CSC and VSC and the late evening email times) and it is actually the CSC taking up the slack. I don't really care though as long as you guys all get your approvals :)
