WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That totally blows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

February 12, 2009 - NOA1

February 18 , 2009 - Touched

June 3, 2009 - NOA2 (Hardcopy June 8, 2009)

July 13, 2009 - Medical (Completed)

July 14, 2009 - Interview (PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

July 20, 2009 - Visa Received

August 9, 2009 at 4:25 pm - Arrived safely in JFK airport

September 25, 2009 - Getting Married

October 31, 2009 - Wedding Day

Did they gave a reason for the denial. I feel awful for those people.

Not in the email apparently.. but surely they do in the snail mail. I have to say my confidence was shaken by this news. I had always believed that an approval was a given as long as the petitioner was a US Citizen, had proof of meeting in last 2 years etc... hmmmm, now I donno.

Rich don't sweat it. I feel bad for that couple, but case like this is one in a million. You and Joanna will be fine.

I am sure there is more to it. The snail mail will probably explain it better. I would imagine it was something on the background check. Perhaps one of them had an issue with the background check. I know that if it is a common name some times there are issues. If that is the case I would imagine it is something that could be fixed. Either way I feel bad especially after waiting so long.

I am not worried... I am confused and concerned for everyone... I am very interested in hearing the details.
