DS-230 could be filled out by you or her, it does not matter. But she is the one who has to signed it.

Lee - Thank you, I hope it doesnt last long, as far as i've read. For Peru, we will see an interviewer then the consul, they say that the interview will last approximately 15-20 mins. Then again, i dont know if she received the DS - 230 in her packet. Lets say it wasnt included, should we fill one out just in case.

Roman- What i meant is that the information of DS 230 I- II has to be filled with HER information not mine correct, because there is a part that says (in page 3 #29 http://www.visapro.com/Download/Immigrant-...orm-DS-230.pdf) where it mentions the petitioner...meaning the application petitioner (my girl) or HER petitioner (me). what you think? thanks man i appreciate it.

As I recall reading the 230... it was to be filled out with the beneficiary's information

Thank you guys! now all i gotta do is present this and once she's here, she has to do a change of status as soon as we are married, any guidelines for that process?

I got a problem that until she's not a resident, she has to pay out of state tuition in my college for the English language institute... any advice on that?
