And can I just say I have AMAZING friends here at work! I was just given 150.00 to cover wedding costs by two of my friends here! They knew I was going yesterday to put the 310.00 deposit down and still had 300.00 to come up with. Come to work this morning and suddenly I only have to come up with 150.00!!! What a great way to start the day!!!!! :dance:

That was such a nice surprise, it is nice to see there are some lovely, caring people out there who want to help their friends. That is what friendship is about.

So very true! I don't have that many really close friends but these two ladies are some of them and now that I think about it, it's not really surprising that they'd offer this. I'm sitting here with a big smile on my face and a warm feeling in my heart thanks to them!

Hehe, thanks Liz for remembering :).

Well, the calling hours have now closed...wonderful. I texted Lampros to call for us because I have a feeling that the "English" side of the Embassy is full of USCIS type Americans. I was transferred all over again and again and then ended up at another voice mail. I still have an email out with the information inquiry, so hopefully that will be answered or Lampros will have an exit time from camp to call.

I got a text from her this morning at 7:00 her time but since then nothing. i figure that she has another hour. i heard the wait is a long time. so another hour she probably will be out. i don't understand why they make these appointements and you still have to wait..

i hope everything is ok.. she was extremely nervous. ithas been 2 1/2 hours. someone told me their SO was in in about a hour and a half but i read that some wait up to 4 hours.. i don't know. hopefully she will be out in another 30 minutes...
