Igor your SO lives in Moscow? I agree the city has never been my favorite part of the trips to Russia. I have never been very far outside of the airport though. I personally didn't like the vibe of the city. The one good thing is at least she won't have to travel for her interview.

Yep. I can't say I miss the atmosphere either, but there are good sides to it like everything else.

Thanks for your support guys. You are right about being here and understanding everything and I totally understand that patience is the key, but I am very worried for her. I keep re-assuring her every time we talk and as you said, there are ups and downs, but not seeing each other since last October doesn't make things easier. At some point she was suspecting that we got rfe and I didn't tell her about it. I am really hoping to hear from USCIS this week!!! Come on VT, step it up! I know it's this time of year, but only if you knew what you are doing to us! I sleep like 3-4 hrs a night and it already bounced back at me.

Hang in there. I'm totally depressed myself with this waiting. And my SO is really going crazy along with me. But I saw her in April, so I can only imagine what you're going through. You are really not alone in feeling like this waiting will never end and that the next phase will never come. It's totally maddening to see that no approvals have come out of VSC in awhile. So right now I'm drinking lots of sangria and apartment hunting trying to be productive to keep my mind off all of this!

Igor, what do you do for a living up there in the cold country?

I feel for you guys. You are right on the cusp. VSC is just...I am not sure of the word I am looking for, but they just suck out loud right now.
